RABBI BENI KROHN

Rabbi Beni Krohn joined the Young Israel of Teaneck as our Rabbi in the summer of 2014. Originally from Newton, Massachusetts, Rabbi Krohn received a B.A. in Psychology from Yeshiva University and Rabbinic Ordination from Yeshiva University’s Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary (RIETS), where he was a member of the Katz Kollel.

Prior to joining Young Israel, Rabbi Krohn served as Assistant Rabbi at Brith Sholom Beth Israel in Charleston, SC, and Congregation Rinat Yisrael in Teaneck.

In addition to his role at YIOT, Rabbi Krohn serves as a Mashgiach Ruchani at Yeshiva University and as an instructor in the Professional Rabbinics Program at RIETS.

Rabbi Krohn is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Rabbinical Council of America (RCA), and currently serves as the Vice President of the Rabbinical Council of Bergen County (RCBC)
